Chopping bunches, is the process in which the "mother" or parent plant is taken and cut into several portions. We take advantage of as many cuttings as possible, then we go on to planting the seedlings.

This process allows us to create an optimal environment for the final stage of the product. With the sowing process, the best seedlings are chosen in a way that results in only the best stems being produced. Hence delivering you only the highest quality products.

Fertilization is carried out, by watering with agrochemicals, many of which are derived fully organically. This method is envirnmentaly friendly and greatly benefits the plant itself.

The time has come for weeding, this procedure is carried out constantly. However  it's done even more rigorously in the first few days of a plant's life. This is a necesary step to erradicate harmful weeds which can detrimentally affect the growth process and qualiy of our plants.

We keep a strict watch on all of our plants during the entire process, from the inital seeding phase until its properly packaged and ready to be transpoted to its final destination. A strict protcocol is followed to ensure that naturally ocurring pests are thwarted. This entails periodically watering them with high quality products to guarantee the plants optimal health and eligibilty for exportation. 

At this stage, the plant now has now reached a level of growth and maturation that allows us to observe stem quality. We strive for exellence implimenting only the finest methods which ensure technically controlled thickness, color and health.

In this stage of production, we select only the healthiest plants that meet international exportation standards. The requirement list for exporting flowers is stringently adhered to, and includes reviewing plants health, vigor, and oxidation levels amongst other things. Only after they have successfully passed this stage do we proceed to the cutting or trimming phase.

At the time of the harvest, we cut plants that have achieved full maturation, cutting the stems with a special measuring device and obsering proper protocol for appropriate separation and exportation. 

The immersion process, or final fumigation phase is carried out by completley immersing the plants in high quality organic environmentally friendly insecticides, which provide a definitive and thorough final cleaning.

At this stage of production, we properly dry our product, ensuring that it is humidity and odor free.  At times odors can occur due to organic insecticides, irrigation, immersion or other processes. The drying phase is essential to minimize or eliminate this possibility. 

The final stage of production, is adornment. Here we find ourselves in the adornment and packaging room. We carefully select our stems, providing them with the next level of care, cleaning and adornment. This step enhances  its physical beauty and allows us to pass on to the packing phase.

Two expert operators perform the "shaking" function. This performed by implementing precise and rapid vibrations, "shaking" the plant ensures  that there are no insects present.

In our packaging area, we carefully package your product so that it arrives healthy, clean and beautiful. And that it meets all of our customers specifications as well as complying with quality and excellence standards established for international markets.

We print all labels, which carry all pertinent customer data necessary to reach its final destination.

A specialized cooling process is applied to all of our plants to guarantee that they are always fresh! This aids in preserving their appearance, color and quality while in transit which can take days. This step helps guarentee product quality to all of our customers regardelss of the destination.

Specialized refrigerated trucks , transport and maintain product cleanliness and preservation standards. Depending upon requested quantities, products are stacked to comply with required protocols and documentation established by both Colombia and countries abroad.
